Online classes cover how to prevent conflict, read a potential threat and get away before you’re in danger, along with easy-to-learn techniques including knife awareness and the legal side of self defence.
Each class is designed around its audience and their ages. Train on your own or with a partner, and bring your questions; your instructor will guide you through every technique.
