Helping children feel safe and confident

With growing concern about bullying and knife crime among young people in London, our classes give children practical skills to stay safe and the confidence to walk away from trouble.

Our certified instructors teach an age-appropriate curriculum with realistic scenarios, in a safe and supportive setting that values respect and teamwork. Classes can take place at your home or, weather permitting, in a local park.

Private class prices

One-to-one or small-group classes for children, at a time and place that suits your family.

Silver

£70

One 1-hour session

Understand the common dangers, spot a confrontation before it starts, control fear and aggression, and learn the legal basics of self defence.

Gold

£325

Five hours
£65 per session

Everything in Silver plus more techniques, strikes and strategies: escaping grabs and headlocks, striking combinations, ground techniques and more.

Platinum

£600

Ten hours
£60 per session

The full 10-lesson curriculum drawing on self defence, MMA, Aikido and boxing, including knife awareness, mindset conditioning and the law.

Buddy and small-group rates

  • 2 people: £70 per session (£35 each per hour)
  • 3 or more people: £30 per person per hour
  • Groups of up to 6: £25 per person per hour

Share the cost with a friend or a few friends. Sessions can be one, one and a half or two hours, at your home, your workplace or a local park.
